Our experience includes:
Witham St Hughs, near Lincoln has been developed by Strawsons over the last decade. It includes 700 new homes, a school, community facilities and public transport links to nearby Newark and Lincoln. This new village was developed on the former RAF Swinderby site.
J4M8 – The J4M8 Distribution Park lies between Edinburgh and Glasgow. Strawsons started to develop the extensive 78 hectare site in 1998. Design and build commercial property opportunities to meet a variety of occupier requirements are available.
CORE – Strawsons used its extensive sustainable energy expertise to deliver a pioneering office and conferencing development at East Drayton, Nottinghamshire. Using the latest green technologies to deliver energy, heat and power, coupled with rainwater harvesting, the occupiers benefit from the highest quality surroundings at low environmental impact.
RAF Upwood – The development team is working with the local community to promote a sustainable development on the former RAF site in Cambridgeshire. The proposals incorporate eco homes, flexible business space, community facilities, green technologies and new public transport links to deliver a dynamic, sustainable community on this brownfield site.
