Nottinghamshire-based development Hallcroft Trade Centre is now fully let with both tools and building supplies retailer Toolstation and online card company Just Cards Direct committing to long term lease agreements at the site, leading property developer Strawsons Property has announced.

One of Britain’s fastest growing retail businesses Toolstation – which has over 350 branches worldwide and provides a multi-channel-offering to its customers – has secured a unit in excess of 3,100 sq. ft.

Just Cards Direct has also committed to a unit exceeding 2,000 sq. ft.

The two businesses, which chose the Retford site due to its location and excellent facilities including its modern appearance, secured by design recognition and generous parking will join the estates other tenants including Screwfix who moved to Hallcroft at the end of last year.

Other companies situated in the area include Howdens, City Electrical Factors and Travis Perkins.

Adam Jones of Strawsons Property said: “Toolstation is an excellent addition to Hallcroft Trade Centre creating a number of new job opportunities that brings another national brand to the town.

Just Cards further complements the range of businesses in the local area and we are delighted to be welcoming them both onboard.”

“To be fully let in such a short space of time is a brilliant achievement and testament to the work we have carried out.”

Commercial property agents Brown & Co Senior Associate Paul White who oversaw the marketing of the units, said: “Following the successful expansion and refurbishment of Hallcroft Trade Centre in the spring we received multiple enquiries from potential tenants who were keen to take advantage of the excellent facilities, as well as the location of the site which is in on the main Hallcroft Road.
